Hard Stop
and enter deep rest! I’ve been hearing people say that…
when you’re constantly on the move you are on the run from something. There may be some truth to that.
Take space to stop – if that feels like too much – lean into a long pause.
Just be. Just exist. Just recover.

The time to accelerate or enter a packed out schedule will come. Make sure in the meantime – your not numbing yourself out with a packed schedule.
Before I go! Here are a few things/moments I’m thankful for today. I highly recommend you get into a gratitude practice. It will help you to see the gifts in the present! God is moving in your life. Apply some gratitude to that attitude!
