.. even if it’s just for a few moments.
Being “on” all the time is exhausting. I encourage you to pause, hard stop, and reset! -> time-box it though. I’ve allowed myself to do nothing today in the real world. & I say that very loosely.

I’m at my desk typing this in my bday suit wrapped up in my golden comforter, headscarf on, teeth unbrushed. (That picture above is from a more energized day, don’t be fooled.)
Earlier, I ate the rest of a shareable bag of m&ms, drank green tea, ate some dates with peanut butter, and demolished cherry tomatoes.
Scrolled on YouTube for hours – laughed at humanity.
Slept a lot.
Opened things – made messes and just left it.
Tomorrow, God willing, I’ll turn back “on” – perhaps later tonight I’ll do some things. Just seems that when I try it’s useless. Seems like stopping is the best move, for now.
