of Spring! Have you been hearing more birds chirping?

I wonder if being in nature with them brings healing to our nervous system. Surely, being out in nature helps us to slow down, observe, and usher in stillness.

Marching Forward

After a long break from tracking my steps – I am getting back to it.

Today, I set the goal of hitting 5k steps! I hit the trail with my kiddies and am closing out the evening with:

15k Steps

They are great leaders who love to adventure!

Don’t sleep on momentum.

This morning, I did not feel like getting up. I finally made myself move and once I got going – the forward action began to snowball!

Thank goodness today was a warm day!
