Something that I’ve recently brought into my family bonding is:
Puzzles
It’s been challenging, calming, and connecting.
One of my goals is for us to spend an hour per day working on puzzles. We’ll see how long this lasts.
Basically, I want to have an active puzzle going at all times.
This is easier for us to do as we do not own a TV here at my dwelling space, The Billionaire Bubble. It’s a non digital way to pass the time and work the brain.
The satisfaction of finding a piece that goes with another is 🥳.
Here is a picture of the 500 piece puzzle we worked on last weekend.

There is a puzzle board workspace and organizer (it swivels) that is available at Aldi for about $32. I purchased it last weekend.
In doing puzzles, I’ve learned about how I approach problems and things that seem like too much.
Last weekend, we dumped out the pieces to the puzzle I chose. One of the first things I said was:
I’m Scared!
It felt like too much. I was encouraged by “we can do this” and “it’s just a puzzle”.
We got to organizing the pieces and that made something massive more manageable.
Ooh we got the frame!
Whew…okay…let’s keep going.
It’s great to have the vision to complete something massive – it’s takes grit to execute without a clear roadmap.
Puzzles remind me to just keep moving pieces until the vision clicks.
Keep Marching Forward!
