Why I Post Daily On My Blog

It’s my way of:

Taking Up Space

By writing here, I have the opportunity to self reflect and serve others from my life.

Emphasis on the “opportunity”. It’s likely that my posts may never been seen by others.

& that is new….how?!? It’s not.

As much as I post here and on other platforms – my impact seems minor.

Then again, how is impact measured? Surely not by metrics.

Our impact cannot even be fully measured in our lifetime. Many artists have work that skyrockets once they pass on.

Let me not go down the rabbit hole – as it’s just leading to feelings of more invisibility.

I post here because I’ve decided to show up no matter what – even when it hurts. It’s a way to crush my own self.

I pay this platform to play when I’m often the only one running around. Shout out to the handful that return often. I appreciate you. Thanks for letting me have this moment.

It’s a way of saying:

“Yes, Lonisa matters.”

Lovely, if you want to start a blog or start posting online, on any platform, – just do it. Don’t think “Ooh, what are they going to think of me?”. They are too focused on themselves and may never read, watch, or return to engage with your content.

Don’t even look at the metrics; they may trick you out of showing up consistently. Puhlease, believe me.

Go express for expression sake. Don’t even do a double take.
