A Parent’s Baseline: Pencil To Personality

Recently, I sat down and created a pencil doodle. Once done – I looked up.

Drawing the same thing, but with her own artistic twist.

I didn’t tell her to do this.

She did it on her own.

It is for this reason that us mamas (parents), should do our best to operate in ways we wouldn’t mind our children imitating as their baseline.

I love how Queen Glory built upon the base pencil drawing with the cute face, arms, and legs!

Personal Parent Reflection

What is your child’s baseline?

What are you teaching without words?

What are you doing when they look up?
