You gotta go where you have your…

deepest pain. Not many are willing to travel to those depths. It’s easy to get arrested there and enter a sleeper state. OHHHHH! But if you endure it -> you can run out and tell what God has done for you as you enter a new location.

Move through the shadows even though it feels like non stop blows to your soul!

Press through! This is what you have to do!

When you address the pain – the chains keeping you stuck will fall off. They no longer have any power.

Going into this challenge you do not know the duration of the cutover period.

This makes me think of those:

Estate Sale Signs

that are sprinkled all over in summer time.

Like you ever pursue one and be like is this gonna be a fail?

You see the sign from the main road and turn in. You start driving and driving and driving – almost to the point of being like:

Where the heck is the sale at?!?

– there is no signage beyond that main road. Inwardly you’re like … I already turned in and have come this far – let me keep going. Right when you think forget this let me turn around – up pops that “you made it” sign.

You might want to give feedback to those in charge that they need to place more signs to help people know they aren’t lost as they drive. But the goal isn’t to have more signs, but for you and I to have more trust!

Do you think God would call you in and then leave you hanging?

Perhaps, we see no signs because he wants us to spend time learning his character as we journey.

The lack of signs is like a built in:

Spiritual Weed Out Process

Not everyone will make it to the estate….the new state – cause they failed to trust. Perhaps, this is why in the Bible we are encouraged to increase in belief!

Do you believe God has you?

Like really – when your life is bottoming out during the cutover – do you think he has you in his hand still? Love yourself enough to answer honestly.

For me, I have straight up told God -> “I don’t trust him!”. … Cause like I be out here bad. You know those posts where people say ” God don’t play about me!” – I get jelly- cause with the traffic jams I be stuck in – I be like oh he stopped holding my hand! (Noww…I do be coming back to my senses later …talkin’ about.. “God sorry about how I was acting”…retraction game is strong! lol…I know you got me…right?!?)

We are not robots.

You’re going to feel “Are we there yet? Are we close?” frustrations. Tell God those feelings!

Get it out!

Go ahead and pout!

Scream and shout!

Aren’t those childlike behaviors? Aren’t you God’s child?

Gone ahead and act wild as you are on the backroads. I high key believe that is the cheat code to growing up in Christ and maturing! Share what you are feeling and stop burying them. God already knows.

On this journey of following Jesus it will feel like you are winding and turning without knowing for sure that you are going the right direction – know that it is worth it. This is faith.

Keep your eyes fixated on Jesus.

To the point that the new terrain you are wanting to reach isn’t the focal point anymore. Enjoy his presence and the lessons so much that you just coast.

In the cutover you will receive cuts to your being and feel like things are falling out at the seams – but you will heal into the stronger version of you that is needed for your next.

God’s presence will be a never ending rest stop as you move forward.

Go ahead, make that turn.
