If you are going through the wringer and want to throw in the towel.
Stop listening to the:
Woe Is Me
– songs, shows, podcasts, channels, groups, etc.
Many love to talk about their sucky situations because they don’t actually want to use energy to generate the momentum to get on to different challenges. They act like they want to be well, yet hang out at the well of sorrows. Just wasting tomorrows.
Do you want to be well?!?
If so, you don’t need to consume more of what you are stuck in.
You need to get out of it!

Step out of sorrow and focus on your next!
Feast on John 5:1-15.
Here a great number of disabled people used to lie—the blind, the lame, the paralyzed. One who was there had been an invalid for thirty-eight years. When Jesus saw him lying there and learned that he had been in this condition for a long time, he asked him, “Do you want to get well?” “Sir,” the invalid replied, “I have no one to help me into the pool when the water is stirred. While I am trying to get in, someone else goes down ahead of me.” John 5: 3-7
Through Jesus you are able to get to a new table!
Cut out the pity and choose to tune into the streams that will usher you into a new scene!
It’s not easy. It’s painful. Know this going into your mission to elevate!
This process requires that the current you die so you can embody wholeness.
There are so many days I want to quit.
Even this post I have to battle the thought of “this is dumb” – ” no one reads your ish” – still I show up.
I force myself to listen to audio of healing scriptures even though I don’t feel healed.
I choose to play motivation videos in the background – so that when I want to be a little woe is me wakadabakada – I hear encouragement about ” following through” – ” stop waiting” – “stop pointing fingers” – “start building”.
People love to whine all the time and then wonder why the enemy is constantly playing with their mind.
We’ve given him more air time. We often just hand him the keys to our destruction.
Cut the struggle streaming and tune into your next level!
Do it now.
Tune Up,
