Creating systems and training your people to perform at the standard you require is key!

I challenge you to take a look at the bathroom cleaning lists that are posted at some of your favorite retail shops. They are usually on the back of the bathroom entry door or directly next to it. I’ve noticed that they have a checklist of cleaning actions clearly identified and usually with signatures for staff to sign off on completion. Furthermore, there is usually a sign posted for guests to give feedback if the bathroom is not up to par.

That is just one example of establishing a system with the proper verifications and feedback loop.

Whatever area you are seeking to be “successful” in – I encourage you to establish and document your system. Do it in such a way that it’s clear and can speak for you – without you having to contantly nag and open your mouth.

Personally, I will be working to document and train my kiddos on the “Billionaire Bubble” standards. We’re going to keep going on amazing adventures and I don’t want us to be slowed down because we are stuck covering basics at our dwelling space.
