Whatever came at you this week or whatever you have coming – know that God is with you.

You are still here!!!

That is something to celebrate.

Rest in knowing that God is never caught off guard.

Breathe.

Doesn’t that make you just wanna drop your shoulders, get under a blanket, and sleep.

You are not forsaken. Keep breathing, moving, and casting your cares.

May his will be done in your life ( & mine)!
