If I could go back to birth and live life over.

I would commit to:

Following Jesus On The Straight And Narrow

and actually do that.

I would do the best I could to shut the world out to not corrupt my way of being and eff up my life…choosing the blessing of living by the Spirit over the curse of living by the flesh.

Like just don’t do what you see the masses doing.

Go the other way!

Live super simple!

Deny the flesh and live in the spirit.

Whatever the world offers -> decline and flee.

The sugar – no.

The sex (before marriage) – no.

The fearful news – no.

The covering up of poor behavior- no.

The self abandonment- no.

The attempt to “fit in” – no.

The trusting of humans – no.

It would be a tight walk, but very flourishing as minimal toxicity and recovery.

Of course, there will be challenges because life has them – but we would avoid a lot of unnecessary ones.
