God is faithful: Are you waiting with readiness?

Waiting on God to move doesn’t mean we do nothing.

Know that he is with you and will do what only he can do – but that doesn’t mean you sit and have a toddler fit…talking about where is my … 😤

Shhhh, chillax.

Take a deep breath.

Mature.

The Holy Spirit is a teacher and there are always lessons in process …and tests 👀… to help us graduate to our next level. 🤣

Retakes are abundant 😂.

They are not fun as the test seems to get tougher to force deeper understanding. 😆🫠🤭

Let’s pass the waiting tests and stop passing out from exhaustion. We gotta stay hydrated and well fed with God’s Word. #Bible

Yesterday, while cooking with King Elijah we used the rice cooker. The readiness of our meal was driven by that rice cooker. Although, that was the case…we stayed working by chopping, zesting, and mixing the ingredients within our reach – to time our effort as close to the rice cookers task completing.

Now the thing about this rice cooker is at the beginning when it is started…the time it will take the rice to cook isn’t immediately displayed. There is a period of “I don’t know” how long this rice gonna take…neverthless we kept moving.

After waiting a while… we often start to think…this rice will never be done, dang. ⏳️

May God’s kingdom come and will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

When the 9 mins left alert finally popped up on the rice cooker display – YAY 🥳– King Elijah and I kicked into a faster pace – not anxiousness, but a healthy awareness of time.

Funny how the rice that we were waiting on..ended up waiting on us cause it was done and we hadn’t finished our part. 🤣

May this remind you and I to do our part.

God loves us soo much that he will not do our part for us. He already made us…which means he equipped us with our purpose projects in mind. Look at how he created the lion to hunt …it was designed to assess, chase, and attack it’s ordained food. Still if that lion chooses to not move…it will not eat.

Remember how Noah was responsible for building the ark and God was responsible for bringing the flood?!? Noah did his part and God did his.

Keep building.

Keep creating.

Keep learning.

Keep healing.

Keep moving forward.

Wait in such a way that equips you to carry the weight of God’s glory assigned to your purpose.

When God shows up in the way that only he can – will he have found that you and I waited well by working with what was in our hand?
