Bahahahahahaha Y’ALL! I just remembered that growing up some kid used to just call me:
Forehead!
I think they just used to see me walk by and say, “Hey Forehead!”
I think I answered like it was normal! ![]()

I don’t know if it made me sad.

If it did I don’t remember. I’m thankful for that!
I used to also get jokes about my feet. I wear a size 11. They were referred to as:
Big Dogs ![]()

I love them!

When I shop at DSW I usually find shoes with ease because size 11s are boldly marked!
I just look for the bright afizzle sticker…I find it efficient! No intense scans.
Plus, I use my shoe size as an opportunity to tell ppl I have a lot of ground to cover in a short amount of time.*
Some other kids used to call me:
Salad Girl
Why? Cause I stayed eating at the salad bar!

Imagine living a life where I would not own the way God physically created me because I was teased about having a built in portable movie screen, jumbo feet that helped me more forward, and lush eating habits.
Nonsense.
There are creatures that eat poop for life – they own that ish with gladness
!
- Your big forehead.
- Your big nose.
- Your flat butt.
- Your tiny boobies.
Your “fill in the blank body feature”!
Are designs to be appreciated.
If you are not there with that aspect of your body – I understand. The other day I noticed my deep smile lines… for a couple days I was like eff…must. make. them. dissappear! I got on Tik Tok and was doing these facial exercises lol the comments were hilarious! Some lady said the exercise made her lines worse…I said dang let me stop! ![]()
I’m embracing my smile lines cause…ummm
… they are mine and show that I have been owning my expression (and maybe need to drink more water?…idk).
Ask God to give you eyes to see what he sees or a strategy to lovingly care or improve upon what makes you want to look away in the mirror. Even more so, ask God to help you remember that this outer stuff is temporary…fading….not of extreme importance.
“Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised.” Proverbs 31:30
My eyebrows are not super thick. I use a eyebrow filler.
My teeth are yellowish. I’m going to get some gentle healthy whitening strips.
We shouldn’t feel bad for wanting to make improvements, but we shouldn’t hide or feel less than if none can be made.
Remember, you are fearfully and wonderfully made. Psalm 139:14
What unique feature or characteristics do you love about yourself?
Love,

* by short amount of time I mean until I’m 120 years young….don’t get it twisted. I’m living a long full fruitful overflowing life!
